Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an established team in North Geelong. Be a part of a collaborative team, offering mentorship and support to a tight knit team of 6 OTs. This position is suitable for a senior or experienced OT looking to step up into a leadership role and enjoys a positive work-life balance. What’s on Offer: Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) PD Allowance: $1,200 per year Bonus Structure: Additional hourly rate for hours worked beyond billables Work Flexibility: Full-time preferred, open to part-time Schedule: 4 days in clinic and 1 days WFH (smaller caseload to focus on leadership duties) Hybrid work: Option to complete admin from home Comprehensive onboarding: 16-week program with weekly supervision and team meetings Team culture: Quarterly team-building events, open communication, and supportive leadership Work-life balance: Flexible start/finish times to cater for school runs etc. All resources provided: Full clinic setup with dedicated therapy spaces Responsibilities: Provide high-quality paediatric occupational therapy services Support and mentor junior team members through supervision and informal guidance Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and functional capacity evaluations Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NDIS compliance standards Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration Minimum 3–5 years post-graduate experience (paediatrics preferred) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Passion for mentoring and team collaboration Driver’s licence and vehicle for community visits Interested in this position?
